What to bring to the consultation
Every test, ultrasound and treatment report you already have — even old ones, even ones you assume are irrelevant. If you have had fertility treatment before, bring the notes from that cycle as well; the result of an unsuccessful cycle is one of the most valuable things a physician can have. It helps if both partners attend the first appointment, because part of the assessment concerns both.
