When you write
If you are sending a file or test results, include your full name, your age and a short summary of your treatment history in the body of the email. PDFs are preferred.
For patients outside Iran: if the reports are in a language other than Persian, Arabic or English, please attach a translation.

Distances are by road and the times are ranges, because Tehran traffic decides them. For international patients, the airport transfer is arranged by the international patient desk.
- Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) ≈ 50 km · 60–75 min by car The international desk arranges the transfer when you ask in advance.
- Mehrabad Airport (THR) — domestic ≈ 10 km · 20–35 min by car The nearest airport to the centre.
- West coach terminal (Azadi) ≈ 8 km · 20–30 min Coaches from the west and north-west of Iran.
- Beyhaghi coach terminal (Arzhantin) ≈ 12 km · 25–40 min Coaches from the north and the Caspian provinces.
- South coach terminal ≈ 20 km · 35–55 min Coaches from the south and the centre of Iran.
- Metro — Shahid Dadman, line 7 ≈ 1.5 km · 20 min on foot, 5 min by taxi The station is on Dadman Boulevard itself; the centre is at its end.
