A full IVF cycle takes several weeks, but most of that is monitoring rather than intervention. For a patient who lives in the city that makes no difference; for one boarding a plane, it is everything.
That is why the work begins before you travel: your file is read before you arrive, the tests that can be done at home are done at home, and what remains in Tehran is only what can be done nowhere else.

Your file arrives before you do
You send hormone tests, ultrasound, semen analysis and the records of any previous treatment. The physician reads them and, in an online consultation, tells you which pathways are on the table, what is still needed, and roughly how many days you will need to be in Tehran.
The day you land
The medical invitation letter is issued before you fly. You are met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. The first clinic appointment is usually set for one or two days after arrival, so there is time to rest.
The days you have to be here
The critical window runs from a few days before egg retrieval to the embryo transfer. Through those days there is an ultrasound and a blood test every two to three days. In many plans, freezing the embryos and transferring on a separate trip makes the stay shorter and far more flexible.
After you go back
You take a summary of your file in English with you. The medication support up to the pregnancy test — about two weeks later — can be carried out at home, and you share the result with us. If you have frozen embryos, the next trip is a shorter one.

You send the tests and reports you have — PDFs preferred, and with a translation if they are in a language other than Persian, Arabic or English.
Online consultation
The physician reviews the file and goes through the possible pathways, the approximate cost and how long you would need to stay.
Planning the trip
Dates are set from your own cycle. The invitation letter, accommodation and transfers are arranged.
